kilne catalog serve [--port N] [--bind ADDR] <folder> Tools for hosting your own catalog: make a key pair, build a catalog from app bundles, and serve a folder while you test.
What you see when you install
Before anything is written, kilne install prints the app's name, version and id, where it comes from, whether it is new or replaces a version, and the capabilities it asks for. Then it asks Install? [y/N].
When you upgrade an app and it asks for something new, that capability is marked (new).
